No. All claims continue to be handled directly by the insurer. However, our support is available in the event of a claims dispute to arbitrate on your behalf.
You will need to complete a Letter of Appointment which instructs your insurance company to recognise us as your professional advisers. This instruction can be cancelled at anytime without notice or penalty.
We typically receive an insurer commission to cover our costs. However, if preferred we can rebate 100% of commission received and charge a fee for service.

Yes. We are not owned or tied to any insurer or third party.
There is a facility called a no worse underwriting terms transfer. This replicates existing underwriting and allows pre existing conditions to be covered subject to the standard policy terms and rules of the new insurer. It is important to stress that it is only underwriting that is being replicated and clients should ensure that the scheme benefits and rules of any prospective insurer are adequate.
